If you have a prefered freight forwarder and clearing agent in your country please obtain a shipping quote from them. 

RAFSA merely assist in shipping estimates and uses one of our freight forwarders depending on the dimensions of the package and whether it will be Ocean or Air Freight.

NB:  Rotoblades will only be shipped via Airfreight 

  • A formal shipping quote will be send through only once the parts has been packaged. As the shipping company does not quote if they don't have the weight and dimensions of the parcel.
  • Please note that we have over a 1000 different parts and components, this results in many different box dimensions, size and weight, therefore we cannot give you a quote on the shipping if we have not packaged the components.
  • Shipping quotes is only valid for 30 days, are subject to seasonal adjustments, currency fluctuation, shipping fuel surcharge and airline tax increases.
  • Shipping cost is for actual shipping only. 
  • Other charges may apply at delivery which include, but are not limited to Duties, Taxes,and Customs. 
  • These charges are the sole responsibility of the Consumer and cannot be calculated in advance.
  • Any items requested to be returned to us by the shipper due to non payment of these charges will be considered abandoned and will not be reshipped or refunded.
  • Any fees billed to us after delivery due to non payment of these fees will be charged to the Credit card used at time of purchase.
  • Heavy or oversized items may incur additional shipping expense. You will not be charged without your authorization.
  • Again, we will gladly ship Internationally but will not be responsible for additional costs.
  • Please be aware of your Import Regulations especially when it comes to PERSONAL EFFECTS, before purchasing, this is your responsibility.
  • Once the shipment has left our warehouse FOB, we release care & custody to the freight forwarder and this shipment then becomes your responsibility.
